Reviewing someone
When you're assigned to review someone you'll get an email with a link to the review.
Filling it in
Open the review from the email link, or from Reviews in the top navigation.
The employee's goals, milestones and notes appear first, so their actual record is in front of you before you rate anything.
- Rate each question by clicking a level. Hover a rating to see the full rubric description for that level.
- Some templates also include yes/no questions or written questions.
- If you're the primary reviewer, rate the employee's goals as well.
- Add any overall notes, then sign and submit.
If a required section is still blank, the form jumps you straight to the first gap.
You can leave and come back
Your answers save automatically as you go. The Draft saved indicator confirms each save, and the On this page sidebar shows a progress bar with a checkmark beside each answered question — so you can see at a glance what's left.
The employee sees answers only after all reviewers have submitted.
