Getting started

Strive keeps performance reviews, goals, milestones and notes in one place, so a review is informed by what actually happened rather than what everyone can remember in the final week.

Signing in

Sign in with your work email. New accounts arrive by email invitation — look for a message asking you to Set up your password and follow the link to choose one.

Your workspace

Click your avatar in the top right at any time to open your personal workspace at /me. It brings your reviews, goals, milestones and notes together on one page.

Team leaders — managers and HR — also get Team Goals and Team Notes panels there.

The same menu has a link to your Profile, where you can update your name, avatar and password.

The bell

The bell in the top-right corner is your notification centre. It flags new goals, reviews awaiting you, and due-date reminders.
